Our program offers an exciting and competitive environment for children to excel in the world of ball hockey. Whether your child is a seasoned player or new to the sport, our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and helping players reach their full potential.

Age Group: U15 (Under 15 years old)
Spring Season: The program typically runs from mid April to end of June, with practices and games scheduled during this period.
Fall/Winter Season: The program typically runs from late September to beginning of March, with practices and games scheduled during this period.
Practice Schedule: Practices may occur, subject to the preferences of the team and in alignment with the consensus of coaches, parents, and players. Coaches focus on skill development, teamwork, and advanced game strategies.
Game Days: Games take place once a week in Fall/Winter and twice a week in Spring, usually one during the week (evening) and one game on the weekend (day) at the West or South Soccer Centres. Our teams may also participate in tournaments or interleague play.
Equipment: Players will need basic ball hockey equipment, including a stick, helmet with full cage, gloves, jock, shin guards, socks, and appropriate footwear. Team jerseys will be provided.
Skill Development: Our experienced coaching staff is dedicated to honing fundamental ball hockey skills, including shooting, passing, stickhandling, and defensive tactics. Through structured practices and drills, players will continually improve their abilities.
Team Building: Teamwork is a core component of our program. Players learn the importance of cooperation, communication, and supporting their teammates both on and off the rink. Lifelong friendships are often forged through these experiences.
Physical Fitness: Ball hockey offers an excellent opportunity for young athletes to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. It promotes cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility, and coordination.
Sportsmanship: We emphasize the values of sportsmanship and fair play. Our program instills respect for opponents, coaches, and officials, while teaching valuable life lessons about competition and character.
Competitive Play: As players progress in skill and confidence, our program provides opportunities for competitive play. Teams may participate in league games, tournaments, and other competitive events.
